This is an appreciation tweet for Mr. Naveen Sikka at @airindia London Heathrow. I was about to miss my flight due to lost passport but he went way above and beyond to help me find it. Because of his support I found my passport and ended up boarding the flight on time.

The later that is #TripleTalaq has NOT been abolished. For Muslims who get married in an Islamic way this is the legitimate way to divorce . Even in civil divorce the period is about 1 year . So #TripleTalaq is a legitimate way to end the contract of marriage . N

@narendramodi So let us understand that even from the pov of giving women justice this #TripleTalaqBill has certain drawbacks. It is very important that if we truly care about Muslim women getting justice our electronic media understand the issue in detail & do not make this a tamasha on tv .N

First of all the SC has not banned #TripleTalaq it has banned instant #TripleTalaq. And this was a great decision by the SC. In the Koran there is no mention of instant #TripleTalaq . This was a manipulation to deny women their rights . N
