Cancelled my flight on 16th April.. @makemytripcare gets refund from @FlyANA_official in 7 days, but doesn't want to return the money and instead wants to hold for another 45 days.@HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia all refund guidelines being voilated.
