Ontario #EHT update (Bill 216): For years starting after Dec 31/24, associated groups face “lesser-of” allocation; nil if no allocation/over $5M threshold. From Jan 1/25: one-month instalment carve-out repealed; annual return due Mar 15; 90-day reassessment/refund possible.
