Hey @peetscoffee when a customer orders a latte breve , please tell the employees to use half and half, not nonfat milk. I paid extra for half-and-half and ended up with nonfat milk.

Thanks @HiltonHotels for not having an airport shuttle at your airport location hotel when it’s advertised that you have a shuttle. You have reminded Me where to never book a hotel again.

Hey @HiltonHotels , I highly recommend your Embassy Suites hotel in Palm Desert CA if… you want a non functional AC system and a broken hot water heater. NEVER EVER STAY HERE

Hey @HiltonHotels , when one of your airport hotels advertises they have a shuttle and then you go to get a shuttle and they canceled that service, it’s a good reminder to never stay at that hotel again!
