“I sit with my emotions and then what?” You observe your own perception of things. You understand that you’re experiencing your point of view, and everyone else is also victim of theirs. You accept that peace can only be maintained through the mind. You’re the gardener.
Kindness is a gift I give to me. Calmness is a mood I gift to me. It’s not about other people, it’s about me understanding that I live in my own mind and if I love me, I’m responsible to teach myself the best perspectives, life philosophies and vibes.
