Αρκετά παιδιά έχουν πεθάνει αβοήθητα στην ξηρά και στη θάλασσα από την απάνθρωπη πολιτική της κυβέρνησης και των άλλων κυβερνήσεων των κρατών της Μεσογείου για βίαιες, αναγκαστικές επαναπροωθήσεις.

Ντροπή η ποινικοποίηση της αλληλλεγύης και οι εκφοβιστικές διώξεις κατά ανθρώπων που, απλά, προσπαθούν να πετύχουν τη διάσωση άλλων ανθρώπων στη θάλασσα. Οι διώξεις είναι νομικά έωλες και θα πέσουν στο κενό. Άλλωστε καμία τέτοια δίωξη μέχρι τώρα δεν έχει ευδοκιμήσει στην Ελλάδα.
