I feel this needs to be clarified… The Russian military has not and will not take control of any major city in Ukraine. What they have done and will continue to do is take over leftover piles of rubble which once were beautiful European cities. #Kherson #PutinWarCrimes

The EU and NATO are notoriously slow to respond in times of crisis. This has not been the case in Ukraine. The simple fact that some EU governments with heavy exposure to Russian gas and oil sectors are willing to cut their banks off SWIFT is unprecedented. #BoycottRussia

Undeniably Russia underestimated the capabilities and resolve of the Ukrainian armed forces and civilian population. However the biggest surprise for Putin must be the speed and scope of the Western response to his aggression. #stoprussia
