Downloaded full clinicaltrials.gov to figure out the data (groups and gaps) for all major fields to better know how to search, started with studies table. Any ideas / suggestions are appreciated.

Running a text search for Jan 2025 abstracts 140,000 PubMed text abstracts against 100,000 genes its running on my computer (both files are local), its 5% done, another 10 or 11 hours for Jan . and I have 3 more months to go.
