Many calls to @TataPlayin customer support, multiple emails. Ordered HD Box upgrade on the web online (web sales); paid Rs 1799 via UPI. Money credited to TATA Play via billdeskpg. Yet Tata Play unable to find that payment. Have sent UTR, screenshots. Politely requesting again.

So disappointed with @myntra @myntraSupport .. waiting 3 days for an escalation supervisor to call back .. promised several times yet no one calls. Contact us issues keep getting closed unilaterally. Is this how Icon priority support is??

Huge mistake in first time ordering @tatacliq . After sitting on it for a week now got a call that order is canceled and refund in 3-4 days. Why take the order if supply was unsure. Did not expect this from @TataCompanies . Lesson learnt.

Have a phone with an e-sim and SBI YONO app does not work .. says “SIM not found” .. @TheOfficialSBI , please fix this issue.

Complete apathy from @MatrixCellular. Aftab and team don’t answer. Wrong amount charged to credit card. Never again. Canceling service and will suggest my company does same. Considering further action.

How not to serve customers from @puravankara .. We bought an apartment in Purva Seasons - and really appalled with the customer CRM team. So disappointed- just did not expect this from a Bangalore supposedly top builder. @RaviPuravankara - success is putting customers first!
