@HavellsCare360 after multiple follow-up finally after 10 days AC got installed req 05052430027980, but eight after installation we have water leakage issue now. Again registered another complaint 14052430355340, do we need to wait for another 10days for this to be done? Hopeless

@HavellsCare360 Same thing was told by your customer care, I have requested for the phone number of local service center, was told that I’ll get a call back in 20mins no one has called so far. Both assigned technicians not lifting the calls. This is hopeless situation 🤕

@1PBhatnagar @ktrtrs @HMWSSBOnline Dear KTR sir, we are just 100 meters away from chandanagar we don't have basic previlage of municipal water. It's been 9 years , we have submitted our request to authorities and MLA Mr @GMRMLAPTC. They have written commitment before local body election after that no update.
