🌷 — #studylog Had a short time to go out and grab some coffee. I really loved the paper earlier, I even discussed it with my friend and I had a blast babbling about a newly acquired concept. This is the effect of “i enjoy studying” mentality. Perspective matters.

You don’t have to grind every second of the day. Studying nonstop doesn’t make you stronger, it just burns you out. There’s power in stopping, in saying “that’s enough for now.” Go for a walk, sit in the sun, eat something good, talk to someone you care about, or just do nothing…
