Has @AMP_AU taken over from @Telstra as having the worst customer service in Australia? Password reset doesn't work, can't get past DOB verification to log a job. Call centre says ring another company.

Is this @Telstra @BelongAU new business model? Cause all new activations to contact help desk, when can't provide proof of purchase deny service and keep the money? Surely this isn't legal? SIM purchased at @woolworths

Anwered arrogantly “can’t tell you mate”. When further challenged, as batons are prohibited items, arrogantly showed ID card fleetingly, not enough to ID themselves. They’re required to identify unless lego allow them not to. Still don’t know @VictoriaPolice @cityofballarat

Five males, four in fleuro one in casual clothes, four with utility belts, handcuffs, batons and wearing body cameras. Two twin cab utes, one brown mazda sedan, civilian plates. When asked who they are, as batons are prohibited items… @cityofballarat @VictoriaPolice 1/2

Latest from a senior public servant who oversees fraud in a dept: “The C’wlth Fraud Control policy is quite clear that the behaviours of the minister (McKenzie/her staff) would, if demonstrated by a public servant, lead to a formal fraud investigation. 1/2
