Don’t jump straight into writing code. Tools can help you with that part Your real value is in shaping the problem and finding the right path
You can grow as a developer in two ways One is by just waiting for work and learning from it as it comes The other is by taking charge and learning new things on purpose The second path will move you faster and put you in control of your career
If you only put effort into coding you will grow with time as a developer but that won’t make you a good teammate or leader. Work on things beyond code your attitude how you see problems how you deal with people how you talk and how you listen.
To be a better developer build strong fundamentals write clean tested code and keep learning. Work well with others since teamwork and communication are key. Most of all sharpen problem solving because coding is just solving problems.
