The purpose of a lottery is to disincentivise tanking. Harley Reid was touted as the GOAT in his draft. The Eagles won a pointless R23 game to cost themselves Pick 1, then North did the same in R24 to hand him back. Tanking isn’t an issue, you just want more shit to talk about
