Sadly, this along with drivers generally driving like empty-headed zombies creates an atmosphere of chaos in Brockton. Pedestrian casualties at the hands of these people is a common risk, just as pedestrians walking out into traffic is common too. What a mess.

@Cernovich I watched a lady use 3 Massachusetts ebt cards to pay for a gigantic food order. She had the pin and balance for each card written down. They buy the cards off of relatives, tenants, neighbors for cheap money. It's a major scam. The card is then reported lost or stolen.
