Just changed my old @Philips shaver for a @Braun one. Why? Because @Philips perfected the art of annoying customers. When a small plastic part breaks, it's not deliverable online. The list of service partners is grossly (5+ years) outdated. So I just got a new one. And a lesson.

Can I offer some tips if you have to give a research presentation at a conference? It's rather stressy watching good research not get the airing it deserves. Firstly, this is not a TED talk. You need (IMO) to present with a scientific structure, as in a journal.
