States such as Maharashtra have a strong legislation in the name of Tree act. Tamil Nadu, unfortunately doesn't have it yet. There has been a delay in the state to enforce the act. Unless we have the act, we cannot stop tree felling, says T D Babu. #savetrees @NizhalShade
