@rebecca_wh50893 @akuareindorf @jk_rowling Under section 3 paragraphs 26/27 you have to provide good reason for providing a single sex service (eg a rape crisis centre). The SC ruling provides an automatic reason for excluding a person with gender reassignment (para 28) - namely they are of the wrong sex.

A tip If a facility is a proper single sex service, it is by definition justified (legitimate + proportionate) to exclude *all of* the opposite sex You do *not* then have to show it's justified *again* in order to maintain the exclusion against a sub group of the opposite sex
