The Tororo-Nagongera bridge at Rubongi has been cut off due to the heavy downpour yesterday. This is the second time in 3 days that the bridge is breaking down. Sadly @UNRA_UG hasn't helped at all 😭 I want to call upon Swift action by @GenWamala's ministry as soon as possible🙏🏾
