We recently sold this Waterloo building. Originally built as a warehouse in 2000, it was converted to office for a tech user in 2009 with upgraded electrical, HVAC & washrooms. Congratulations to the purchaser and thank you to everyone involved for their efforts.

Going into the long weekend feeling very grateful: the Habs are going to the playoffs. The Kitchener Rangers are still in the playoffs. And this beautiful 38,979 SF office building in Waterloo closed. Happy Easter to those who celebrate !
