Despite @Afrihost good service generally, I fail to understand why service over a weekend is non existent. Ordered a sim on Saturday via the app, still not processed. Do better!

Went in-store to get a prepaid eSIM and was told they couldn’t due to “system challenges” for 2 months now! Really? Other networks are happily issuing eSIMs. Whats the problem @MTNzaService ? @MTNza
