I took me hours for a 30 min LangChain demo with Hugging Face. Phi-2 on 4GB VRAM crashed, Memory spiked, and Streamlit froze—pure chaos. Loved the grind fixing it with CPU inference and transformers. Stable now, not fast, but it’s cooking! Thoughts on demo battles?
