I see on #linkedin people inflate their work titles especially in #sales. Sales rep becomes Manager. Account manager becomes account director. Director becomes Head. Head becomes Leader. Leader becomes Thought Leader. While the rest of us are trying to get the actual job done! 🤦🏼‍♀️

No one ever hit the bullseye 🎯 in the first attempt. It takes work, time, practice and lots of failures. #motivation

Every country has #racism. If you tell me your country has none go to the comment section of public posts on any social media platform and just read the comments from your fellow country folks. You’ll know the true face of racism and the extent of its existence. #stopthehate

Toxicity breeds toxicity. Stay in the company of #toxic people and slowly it will take over you as well. The first sign of such people is that they drain you of all your energy. If you can’t change the environment around you then it’s perhaps time to move. #selflove #lifelesson
