Dear @airindia - why is it so difficult for an airline to be empathetic. I am traveling with my mother , who is a senior citizen. Only to be told at boarding gate that you don’t have enough staff and wheelchairs. How absurd it is. Flight AI 2623

Food for thought for our @RailMinIndia and @AshwiniVaishnaw ji - on my vacation in UK, I undertook a train journey. The 3 hr journey ended up being 3 hrs 45 minutes. A delay of 45 minutes. applied for delay compensation, and within 2 days 50% of my ticket value refunded.
