Cellular aging is a cascade of initiation factors. Tissue aging is under hormonal control. Returning telomeres to that of a young cell could lead to young factors expressed. The releasing hormones from neurons of the hypothalamus decrease as neurons die and glial cells replace.

Reduction Analysis of DNA. Take two closely related species, one of which has a trait the other does not. For example, two grasses, one is a perennial and one an annual. Remove the DNA they have in common to see what is different so that annuals can be made into perennials.
