Let’s stop asking this q. of Telehealth versus in person like it’s a binary choice. The best models will be all the things. In home, in clinic, by email, by phone, by video, in community - and flexible, depending on the patient.

Never thought I would say this: despite the annoyance of dealing with health issues, I have slowly realized how meaningful it is to build a strong relationship with my primary care physician. It's nice to have someone who knows your medical history + cares about your well-being!

Healthcare navigation will not go away, see below. My take: 1) Patients have more autonomy than ever. Doctor as G*d is over. 2) Most HC decisions are not black/white, but risk/benefit 3) Less silver bullets and more behavioral therapeutics require ongoing coaching/support
