Is it possible to completely go off chocolate and sweet things? I have and I wondered if it might only be temporary.
Help! I’m really struggling to sleep at night. Any ideas? I’ve tried zopiclone, diazepam, promethazine and melatonin. I’m desperate.

@PsychoticDancer a few days of sickness and nausea but otherwise fine. Supposed to be better for less weight gain too.
