Why tf am I still throwing up?? It’s been 24 hours. I might need to make a doctors appointment. And no I’m not pregnant 😂
My cousin keeps texting the family group chat about her pyramid scheme. I might block her. I’m so tired of this
And now I can’t sleep. I threw up my Seroquel.
Apparently I didn’t get my meds because “a glitch in the system”. I’m usually understanding but this was a shitty situation
Shoutout to my therapist for dealing with these shit heads at my psychiatrist office. I’m so grateful for her
My doctor isn’t replying to me and I’ve run out of Seroquel 🙃
I’ve never really had deep connections with my friends. I’m craving that. I want a sisterhood rooted in a spiritual connection
I’m excited about this new chapter in my life but I know I’m going to have to shed some of the past relationships and habits that aren’t serving me anymore

Now I’m understanding why the old folks said “I’m not sleeping, I’m just resting my eyes.” Sometimes you just need to meditate and shut your brain down for a moment.
Self-love is revolutionary. We cannot fight for others when we're fighting a war inside ourselves. Compassion is a power that we first bestow on ourselves & then give away through our actions—to people, to our planet. When we recognize this, that is when love becomes our legacy.
