I called back to a delivery boy just assuming he forgot to give me any other box but he told me to contact customer support. I connected customer support and one investigation was open.

Now upon follow-up, the customer support team is saying that the investigation has closed and they found that the product was delivered. What investigation process they followed, they are not telling and the BIGGEST FRAUD IS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION FOR CUSTOMER.
