Why would a legitimate and private crypto exchange like eXch have such a malicious community note on its ETH address unless there is a hidden agenda by @etherscan etherscan.io/address/0xf1dA… Why don't we see such community notes on exchanges where your privacy isn't a top priority?

Etherscan @etherscan has partnered up with Bybit for unknown reasons and is tagging legitimate no-KYC exchanges with alleged community notes written by those who Bybit and their partners dislike. Just look at what they did to eXch etherscan.io/address/0xf1dA…
