Senior #developer 👴 tip: Adopt a habit of taking notes (of everything; reading, meetings, calls, thoughts, ideas). Your notes will suck for a while, and that is okay. They will get better. Use something in which you can link notes. e.g denote, org-roam, obisidian, a wiki

I am neck deep in #lisp these days, but I miss #haskell so much 😢 I know there is #coalton but it is not the same. I crave for the mystical feeling of 'everything will fit together because "math"' (although I don't understand jack of said math, but I try and it is fun)

Loving #mastodon recently. My earlier attempts to join it failed because I couldn't figure out where to start, expecting a Twitter like experience. But approaching it as subreddits work much better. infosec.exchange has proven to be a great entry point for me

Looks like I am unable to watch TV without also having another distraction, which for something complex and in a foreign language like Dark totally ruins the experience. I think I am experiencing PTSD but I can't bring myself to put the phone down and just watch the show. #ADHD

Just releast v0.2.0 of spookfox Spookfox allow maintaining a copy of firefox tabs in an org-mode file. It now uses websockets instead of browser native-messaging, which means it should support windows and MacOS too now (I havnen't tested though). github.com/bitspook/spook…

You write an article and share it on hn/reddit etc. Discussions there add as much value to a reader as the content itself, if not more. Do you think it would be a good idea to scrap the comments from these platforms and publish along the atricle itself?

I am thinking about implementing a good-looking #documentation website theme for Common #Lisp. What is the most beautiful/useful documentation website you've seen? #Racket and #Rust are the prettiest imo; what else should I look at for inspiration?
