Your fate means nothing to Satan. Don’t flatter yourself by thinking you’re important to him you’re not. The only One who truly cares about your fate is Jesus Christ and God the Father. Satan is obsessed with his own destruction. His hatred for humanity isn’t rooted in our offer of salvation, but in the fact that we represent the ticking clock counting down to his doom. Every time he sees us, it reminds him that his time is almost up and that reality drives him mad. Given the chance, he would slam that clock to the floor and crush it with a sledgehammer until there’s no sound of “tick, tick” left to haunt him. But thanks be to God, who shields and protects those who fear Him.
