One of the best things from the GPT-5 update today is the simplification of the model selection. For power users it won’t be a big deal, for all other users, this will be game changing.
GPT-5 does good evaluating code and thinking through a solution. It's sooo slow compared to Sonnet-4 though and I don't feel like the results are any better for coding. I've liked it's output with PRD documents though.

There is something so satisfying about running multiple Claude Code agents in parallel! I'm loving using task-master with Claude Code. It's been a legit process.
