Thanks to the SNP in Holyrood, Glasgow is skint. Yet it's now been revealed that SNP Councillors are squandering YOUR cash hiring vans due to being unprepared for their own rushed Low Emission Zone. Even for their standards, this sheer incompetence is staggering.

@rimc123 @branch_cab @CllrScottArthur @BBCRadioScot Agree but the pain at the moment is horrendous. Constantly stuck in traffic costing passengers more than it should because of holes being dug and no work getting done, CEC have effectively let the utility companies do what they want when they want 🤷‍♂️

@edinhelp @branch_cab the cone do not need to be there, buses use the lane turning left. Someone in the council authorises these measure, please give us the name and contact email as there’s far far too many lane and road closures in this city with no work getting done?

@edinhelp @branch_cab why oh why! At a time when buses are diverted for god know how long why is this lane closed regent road. The works in montrose ter (nothing getting done). Chaos for no reason! Who are the traffic managers doing this? Get this closure removed please asap 😡
