By controlling our breathing we can help slow the heart rate during a panic/anxiety attack, helping relieve some symptoms. Find what techniques help you and take note. You know yourself more than anyone. Part of healing is becoming aware of how to care for ourselves when needed.

Have a plan for yourself. Realize that you are in control of your life and hold yourself to that plan. Staying motivated can be hard sometimes so write down your plan, create manageable goals and stay committed!

Invest time in yourself. By changing our perspective on how we view our own lives we may begin to see change. By viewing time as an investment we start to utilize our time more effectively. It can be for time management, to better yourself or for a little R&R, invest in yourself!
