Why is Shake a jerk just because he wanted something differently? I think he being attacked for his opinion. He definitely could’ve said what he said in a different way, but he never lied. He went through the process, he tried. It just wasn’t for him. #LoveIsBlind

apologies are cute but i value understanding more. when you can truly communicate that you fully understand what hurts and can apologize from that place, then i feel it. i want a healthy conversation where we reach an intimate understanding, not an “oh i’m sorry”

It’s really important not to over identify with your teachers, social media spiritualists, coaches, clergy, and more. Get the lessons, yes. But keep your own mind. You get to decide how you process the information given, filtered through the lens of safe connection & learning.

One thing I notice about people who make videos like “why I threw out all my new age stuff” “why spirituality is bad” is they have the personality of someone who just gets into stuff impulsively- I assume that a lot of these ppl crossed themselves by doing something they weren’t

i don't like dealing with people who make me feel like i'm losing my mind trying to get them to understand how i feel... i don't like having to keep shit bottled up inside... i don't like feeling like my feelings don't matter... i can't deal w anyone who makes me feel like that.
