The next SEC chair should withdraw all frivolous cases, and issue an apology to the American people. It would not undue the damage done to the country, but it would start the process of restoring trust in the SEC as an institution.
@brian_armstrong Yes let's unburden from What has been Also vote Trump
@brian_armstrong “I want to be clear: I do not respect the SEC,”
@brian_armstrong The XRP case appeal should be the very first one withdrawn 😂
@brian_armstrong Are you paying attention, @GaryGensler? The investors are tired of you "protecting" us.
@brian_armstrong The SEC under Gary has destroyed many great crypto businesses and hindered the process of capital formation in the States. Nothing can undo the damage done to our industry. Gary should resign.
That’s how I feel about you and Coinbase after you restricted my ability to use my acct in May 2023 without giving me any explanation at all. I later learned that I was the victim of identity theft and people were trying to open accounts in my name and that’s why Coinbase restricted me. So instead of helping me to properly identify myself and then helping me to secure my acct as a good customer, Coinbase decided to punish me for being a victim of identity theft and restrict my account indefinitely. I hate Coinbase now. And I hate Brian Armstrong. You’re just as bad for me as the SEC.
@brian_armstrong Boomer Gensler needs to get it straight.
@brian_armstrong The SEC chair is out in a week. All good.
@brian_armstrong Pinging all PulseChain and HEX and Richard Heart peeps
@brian_armstrong Thank You Base God $TYBG

@brian_armstrong couple of days it will be Gary Gone-sler. But the damage he did will always remain.
@brian_armstrong Restoring trust requires accountability.
@brian_armstrong Less go champ, agreed, a long road in restoring trust, not sure if they'll ever be able to, but what you propose are steps in the right direction.
@brian_armstrong I hope so. It's ridiculous.
@brian_armstrong Well said! Restoring trust is crucial, and it starts with accountability from the SEC. 🔍
@brian_armstrong Gary Gensler inflicted serious damage on the SEC, the Democratic Party, the US tech industry, and America itself. His anti-crypto actions benefited only his old friends on Wall Street. Crony capitalism at its worst 🤮
@brian_armstrong The crazy thing is this looks straight out of a law student's summary of a long, convoluted, screwed up but nevertheless historic court decision that every professor has to assign as a curveball.
@brian_armstrong Brian is the sec the reason you cant tell the world your wife's dog's name? blink once for yes blink twice for no
