Juggling a full-time job and a family make finding time to found a company difficult. I've had success in using all the short moments. 5 minutes may not sound like a lot, but I use those small moments for outreach or making some small adjustment. It adds up.

Went through a few logo designers for Trig. Didn't find what I was looking for with the first two. This morning woke up to the third designer and logo. Such a relief. Looks great! I'll be sharing soon when I get finals.

It's always hard to say no to developing a feature you really want to develop so you can ship. In the end though, you need users to build a successful product. Just ship.

Being an engineer can be a double edged sword. I've wasted a lot of time building things I wanted to build instead of really planning it out and thinking it through from a product perspective.
