In both, @mapmelon_app and @buildpublic_app, we use a kanban column to gather ideas "to discuss" Every weekend, when planning the upcoming week, we check them out and decide which ones to add to the roadmap This helps us be more effective and not lose focus 🎯 #BuildInPublic

We finished the beta user calls last week, which validated the MVP. Today, we finished defining the roadmap for @buildpublic_app. It was tough, but worth the wait to jump into coding. Now, the future features will be based on real user feedback. #BuildInPublic
