In the next version of Bun's VSCode extension 'Test Explorer' is implemented, proactively showing tests with `bun test` in the UI. This gif is at 1x speed.

@bunjavascript It would be great if Bun tests could be configured to run serially instead of concurrently. That way, when running integration tests, simulated data inserts wouldn’t cause conflicts due to parallel execution.
