ate eggs and cheese after a few weeks away from it eating more plant based low carb. face flared within an hour and still burns. tummy totally distended. used to eat this daily and I am like WTF I was hurting myself and never really knew till I did the elimination

so I am doing an experiment #type1diabetes friends. switching from meat based keto to vegan keto. my total daily dose has gone in 3 days from 22 units to 11. ridiculous! happy to see the sensitivity go down, kinda freaked out though by the drastic change. anyone out there do this
