some days I log on to chatgpt and it gives the dumbest answers to the simplest questions and it can't figure out very basic coding problems. (I test the same question or action on all models btw) Others, it one shots it consistently with few errors. Is this throttling?

using @OpenAI's 4.5 today - I asked it to create a simple js component and it gives back code without closing tags or sometimes even wrong tags. when pointing out this error and asking it to correct it, it just keeps giving back code with super rudimentary errors...
