What are your best "Burnout Recovery" tips? Ive had enough of a break, but just cant manage to get back on the horse. I've got all the ideas, plans, outlines, etc. But when it comes to sitting down and doing it, pulling teeth and everything in me says "NOPE." #burnout

Sure. We can sing to Jesus. But Jesus never asked us to do that. Jesus asked us to feed the hungry, to give them water, to welcome the stranger, to clothe them, to visit the prisoner, to care for the sick. Jesus didn’t want songs. Jesus wants justice.

I saw “Barbie” this week with my wife. Here are 3 simple thoughts: 1️⃣ The film is a satire. (A very unique one I might add.) The point of a satire is to tell a story in a way that shocks you so your eyes are opened to reality. /1

A Bible verse doesn't do you any good if you don't have the Spirit of God. And the only way to know that you have the Spirit of God is not through biblical correctness, but spiritual fruit produced.

Following Jesus is not about becoming sinless—it's about changing how we treat other people. Can following Jesus lead to sinlessness? I absolutely believe that's possible, yes. However, those who make becoming sinless their priority will always be a slave to their sin.
