Double delight for CDG this weekend.Up against a very good @portchyvets side in a sizzling double banker, but our hard work and disciplined performance finally paid off. The 6 points were ours and we now look to the final 2 games. @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG

Normal service resumed for the CDG.Had to complete the 90 minutes with only 10 players.Battled hard against a decent Bosham side but came out with a 1-0 defeat. One eye on next season and the summer transfer window. @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG #SummerRecruits

A high octane affair this weekend with 2 hours of end to end football.Another double banker for the CDG but this time we actually turned up.Hard work and desire earned us 3 pts and we could easily have had the 6. So much better against a decent side. @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG

The Meon Valley Sunday Football League are looking for more Veterans Teams to join for the 2022/23 Season.

Two missed penalties, an own goal and a dubious penalty against meant the Galaxy boys could only manage a 3-3 draw at the weekend.We certainly dont make it easy for ourselves. We now focus on the double banker this Sunday! 💪 @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG

A disappointing result for CDG this week.Despite long spells of pressure and a barrage on the opponents goal, the ball just wouldnt go in the net.A moment of madness resulted in a penalty which sunk the boys 0-1. Another good display just need that win now. @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG

Game of 2 halves for the Galaxy lads on Sunday.Down 3-0 at HT then recovered to make it 3-1 at FT. Much better performance this weekend despite the result against top of the table. @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG

It was one xmas pud too many for the CDG this week,sprints from the first 20mins were a distant memory with only a slow mince left in the locker by the final whistle.Beaten by the better side but asked some serious questions in spells. Thanks! @VilleSocialFC @MeonFL 🔵⚫ #UTG

After a chaotic 1st half we managed a 3-3 draw yesterday. One way traffic in 2nd half so disappointed not to get the win, mistakes cost us but great spirit to battle back and create so many chances. Disallowed penalty could have changed everything but wasnt to be. 🔵⚫ #UTG
