Chelsea need to focus on the long game. Benoît & Josh has to be the duo v Benfica, so they have some understanding ahead of the Liverpool game. Both at Stamford Bridge should massively help. Get Hato LB for 60 minutes or so too in the UCL to give Cucurella a much needed rest #CFC

No one is beating us tactically, we're beating ourselves every single time. Silly mistakes which cost us.
Maresca won us the CWC, publicly begged for a centreback, and in return our sporting directors told him to make do with a transfer-listed centreback that doesn’t know the square root of 36. This is 100% on them.
Maybe it’s too soon to mention, but that 1st half was encouraging in many ways. That level of control + closeness between players is much closer to what I’ve been looking for. If you add pieces like Palmer, a better defence & some other tweaks to that, we can 100% go up a level

Not a single comment at half time or after the game. All I’ve seen is just Maresca’s comments go out with no further noise. There’s a reason why nobody felt sorry for Fulham because when shit goes against us we hear nothing. 2 blatant calls in 2 weeks pushed under the carpet.
