I am never doing business with @HarryandDavid again. I ordered a gift for someone 12/5 for delivery 12/16, today I found out via the recipient that it was not delivered. I checked online and found my order had not even shipped. No one could tell me why. Never again!

I’ll add that about 3 weeks later I received a phone call. The guy on the other end was a structural engineer. He found my business card about 6 blocks away, on top of a building. I had a morning meeting in the upper floors of one of the towers in early August.
