Last visit this week for 1 of my GP practices on #GPIP Great to see improved access in just 10 weeks ⭐️ abandoned calls down by 55% ⭐️ external referrals up by 106 in a month ⭐️ staff & patients less stressed By involving the whole team - small changes make a big difference
