@chaykak I admitted to a psychiatrist (research colleague) that i had been scared to open his letter to explain the long delay. I asked home if there was a term for it ‘Approach avoidance’ he said. It always feels better to have a diagnosis.
@chaykak OK, seriously, what the heck is that about? I'll be like "Hey, I'd love to chat, how is Tuesday afternoon?" and I'll get a response like "Sounds great, let's..." and just cower in fear of it. What... the... hell....

@chaykak If it was important, it would have been a text or a phone call. If it needs to be documented and time stamped, it’s an email.
@chaykak Everyone of us who replied here should join a listserve and regularly send messages with subject "Not Important" just to add some chill to our day.
