i've been an @imaginecurve member since the beginning. Support have not replied to me in over a week. @AskCurve hasn't answered any of my tweets. My card is continuously paralysed that it is getting declined in shops and I'm having to put shopping back. Very sad state of affairs

We recently 3x'd our CS team and we are continuing to hire more due to the recent spike in users. The aim is to return to our usual 24hr response times within weeks. Improvements are also being made to our user facing Management Tools and to our roadmap to scale effectively.
