1/n @USCIS @SecMayorkas @POTUS @VP USCIS denied expedite request for my wife's AOS I-765 and I-131 stating it failed to meet the criteria. Her Father passed away in India and multiple family members are COVID +ve plus she has been forced out of work due to #H4EAD delays.

This unexpected timelines have made my husband take loan to pay taxes, I am depressed but @USCIS feel this is not enough reason to expidete it or tier 2 officer says they can't do anything we have to wait.

@USCIS @USCIS - Please do the needful at a faster pace to not let employment based GC visa allotted for Fiscal year 2021 go waste for any reason. Every single day is a misery to high skilled non-immigrants without GC in their hand. Similar to relief to H4 process, expecting same for GC.

@USCIS You can take some more small steps to ease the burden on both USCIS and applicants: - Allow EAD holders to continue working with receipt number - Auto-approve EAD with H4 (of course when they have approved 140) - Auto-approve 485 if 140 approved more than 5 years ago

@USCIS All our lives are getting uprooted.. because of the delay.. please help us. Please bulk approve the pending applications who are done with the biometrics.. the whole country is thinking about lifting the restrictions and getting back to normal. We cannot because of delay.. help

@USCIS Thank you for this but what about the damage this has already caused? Can we now see all H4 (I-539) and associated H4-EAD (I-765) being approved swiftly without any further delay? Stop denying expedite requests without any valid reasons.

@SaveH4EADs @SenFeinstein Thanks to our volunteers! So many women like me have already given our biometrics (mine was 7 months ago) but still no signs of extension approval. I lost my job as an essential worker in spite of my company holding my position for 4 months, will we have a solve to all this soon?
